Is your meat halal? Yes, all of our proteins are halal and locally sourced.

Are you vegetarian and gluten friendly? Yes, we cater for all dietary preferences. Please advise when making your booking.

Are children allowed in the venue? Yes, children are permitted into the Smokehouse area of NOLA. However, persons under the age of 18 are not permitted into the Bar area of NOLA. Please ask our staff for assistance within these areas.

Is the 10% service charge mandatory or removable? The 10% discretionary service charge is optional.

Can we BYO alcohol? NOLA does not offer BYO. We are a fully licensed venue and have an extended selection of wines, beers, spirits and cocktails. Please see our Bar and Wine Menus for our current list.

Can we BYO cake? Cakeage incurs a fee of $5pp. Enjoy your own cake here! For food safety reasons, we cannot accept liability for cakes brought from outside our premises.
